Laser Templating

For accurate templating of Tailor-made+ countertops, work surfaces and staircases we provide an on-site laser templating service.

Laser templating measures key points and contours within the kitchen layout and this information is then fed back to our studio. Here it is processed into the data required to communicate with our state-of-the-art cutting and profiling machines, enabling them to shape each worktop with the highest level of accuracy.

Laser templating

During the templating process, design decisions are finalised including documenting which side of the sink the drainer grooves should be cut, the exact position of sink and hob cut-outs, and where tap systems will be mounted. Successful templating produces an extremely accurate worktop, eliminating costs associated with reworks and significantly reducing time spent on installation.
